Feasibility, Design and Review

Our engineers and designers specialize in evaluating and optimizing all of the following belt conveyor systems and components for extremes of length, power, strength, life, dust control, and cost:

  • overland and curved conveyors including horizontal curve routing; downhill conveyors; frame, truss, and idler designs; and lengths greater than 15 km for both single and multiple flights
  • pipe conveyors including those designed to carry acidic or high-temperature materials, flight lengths over 10 km, and Confine™ designs
  • transfer chutes including bins, feeders, hoppers, hoods, spoons, and bifurcated designs which feed onto conveyors or stockpiles or into crushers and mills
  • controls including system design, PLC programming, and operating graphics for all types of controls associated with materials handling
